For those customers that desire a lower cost alternative for packaging poly film rolls or other cylindrical products, Fibreform has developed the 2-Way Rapid Stack roll cradle. Most pulp roll cradles are a "clam shell" type and need to be folded or torn to use. The 2-way Rapid Stack cradle is a single piece that can perform the same job without the folding or tearing. Because of its design, it is less expensive to ship and extremely economical to use. And it offers a very similar level of support as our Standard C-Line cradles.
Each single piece of the 2-way Rapid Stack roll cradle takes the place of 2 pieces of the standard "clam shell" type roll cradles, while still providing comparable support to the rolls. This translates to maximum cost savings and manufacturing line efficiency.
